Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ inquiries on the eMPF platform or related administrative processes and issues, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Oversee the entire service process including identifying opportunities, preparing meeting materials and presentations, market penetration, post service care, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, relevant departments, and the eMPF authority to support both existing and new customers and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide information to individual and business clients involved on eMPF, ORSO, and group benefits such as group medical plans.
- Execute solutions to individual and business clients’ related requests when needed, ensuring compliance with company rules and regulatory requirements including the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities in accordance with data privacy standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
What You Need to Qualify
A university degree or higher diploma is preferred but candidates with relevant experience may also be considered. Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or MPF administration is an advantage. You must have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Detail orientation, problem solving ability, and a customer focused mindset are required. You should be a team player who is also capable of working independently. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are necessary. No prior eMPF experience is required as comprehensive on the job training is provided. You must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 26,000 Hong Kong dollars based on experience and qualifications, which aligns with current market rates for customer care officers in the financial services sector in Hong Kong.
