Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

College or CEGEP education is required. Three to five years of experience as an executive chef, head chef, or similar leadership role in a restaurant or fast food setting. A valid Food Safety Certificate is mandatory. Proven experience with South Indian, East Indian, Canadian, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free, and international cuisine. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising more than twenty staff across various kitchen roles. Ability to handle heavy loads up to sixty kilograms and work standing for extended periods.
