Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors in offices, residential units, and common areas to maintain a clean and safe walking surface
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and allergens
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture using commercial grade vacuum equipment
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, including sinks, toilets, countertops, and mirrors
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers into designated disposal bins, replacing liners as needed
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings on a scheduled basis or as requested by the supervisor
- Make beds and change sheets in residential cleaning assignments, following client preferences for linen placement
Qualifications
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position. Previous experience is not necessary because the employer will provide full training. However, you must be physically fit for standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and under pressure when needed. A strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential. Good English communication skills are required for understanding instructions and coordinating with team members. Benefits and Perks
