Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train new and existing crew members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, maintaining A&W operational standards
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or waste

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You need at least three years of paid work experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant, with at least one year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong English communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and staff. You must be physically fit for standing, walking, lifting up to fifteen kilograms, and working in a warm kitchen environment. A willingness to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts is necessary. Benefits and Perks
