Key Responsibilities

  1. Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all items match the packing slip before dispatch.
  2. Receive and store goods safely following MPI requirements, checking incoming shipments for damage and quantity discrepancies.
  3. Maintain a tidy and organised yard, ensuring all tools and consumables are returned to their proper place after use.
  4. Assist with monthly rotating stock takes, counting inventory and reconciling differences in the system.
  5. Champion health and safety practices by reporting hazards, following safe work procedures, and wearing required personal protective equipment.
  6. Deliver products to customers professionally, upholding company values in every interaction and representing the brand well.
  7. Perform outward goods tasks including picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch, as well as inward goods checking, unpacking, and storing.

What You Need to Qualify

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are required. Commitment to health and safety and a passion for delivering great service are critical. You must be reliable, honest, and ready to uphold P and F Global’s values. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided. Physical fitness for lifting up to 20 kilograms, standing, and walking throughout the shift is necessary. A valid driver’s license is required for delivery duties. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand. A fork hoist license is an advantage but not required.

Salary and Benefits
