Key Responsibilities
- Perform formwork and shuttering for concrete foundations, walls, and structural elements according to engineering plans
- Carry out first fix, second fix, and final fix carpentry including framing, cladding, roofing, and joinery installation
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications without needing constant supervision
- Use hand and power tools safely and maintain them in good working condition
