Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing work areas before each task.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting and carrying heavy materials, cleaning work areas, and completing light demolition as directed.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including railing installation and balcony restoration activities.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision, following all manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment, wearing required personal protective equipment.
