Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate milling machines, including machining centers and general‑purpose mills, to produce precision parts for industrial cleaning equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machining requirements, tolerances, and material specifications
- Monitor machine operations, making real‑time adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling to maintain tight tolerances and prevent defects
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, callipers, and gauges to verify accuracy and quality
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic tool changes, and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
- Troubleshoot minor machining problems such as tool wear, vibration, or surface finish irregularities, and implement corrective actions promptly

Qualifications

Basic English communication skills are necessary, and a willingness to learn Japanese language fundamentals is expected. Physical fitness is essential for standing, lifting materials up to fifteen kilograms, and performing repetitive motions.
