Key Responsibilities
- Place resistors, capacitors, and other small components onto circuit boards following visual placement guides
- Operate manual and semi automated insertion machines to secure components before soldering
- Inspect assembled boards under magnifying lamps to identify missing parts, bent leads, or poor solder connections
- Load approved boards into testing fixtures and record test results on a simple log sheet
- Pack finished products into antistatic bags and boxes with correct labels and batch numbers
- Keep your workstation clean and organized to prevent static damage or mix ups of similar parts

Qualifications
A high school diploma or senior high school graduate certificate is required. No previous electronics or factory experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of assembly, quality checking, or warehouse work will be preferred. You must be between 20 and 38 years old and physically able to stand for the full eight hour shift and lift boxes up to 12 kilograms. Basic English reading skills are needed to understand safety signs and simple work instructions. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is mandatory. Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary starts at NT$28,000 with overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular hourly rate for the first two extra hours each day.
