Key Responsibilities
- Place electronic components onto printed circuit board assemblies according to visual placement guides
- Operate semi automated insertion machines and verify that components are seated correctly before soldering
- Perform visual inspections of assembled boards using magnifying lamps to catch missing parts or poor solder joints
- Load finished boards into testing racks and record pass or fail results on digital or paper logs
- Pack approved units into antistatic bags and boxes with correct labels, batch numbers, and quantities
- Clean workstations and remove waste materials at the end of each shift to maintain a static free environment
- Report any machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the line supervisor without delay
Qualifications
A high school diploma or senior high school graduate certificate is required. No previous electronics or factory experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of assembly, quality control, or warehouse work will be preferred. You must be between 20 and 38 years old and physically able to stand for the full eight hour shift and lift boxes up to 12 kilograms. Basic English reading skills are needed to understand safety signs and simple work instructions. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is mandatory. Male applicants must present a certificate of military service completion or legal exemption.
Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary starts at NT$28,000 with overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular hourly rate for the first two extra hours each day. With regular overtime, typical total monthly earnings range from NT$35,000 to NT$43,000. Free shared dormitory accommodation is provided within a 20 minute commute from the factory. You will receive a meal allowance of NT$2,500 per month. Health insurance and labor insurance are fully covered by the employer. After completing one year of continuous employment, you are entitled to seven days of paid annual leave and a completion bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary.
