Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated production machines that perform IC assembly, wafer probing, and final testing of semiconductor products
- Visually inspect electronic components for defects such as scratches, bent pins, or improper soldering
- Load and unload materials onto production lines while carefully following work instructions
- Record production counts and any machine errors on simple digital or paper logs
- Keep your assigned workstation clean and organized to prevent contamination of sensitive electronic parts

Qualifications
A high school diploma or senior high school graduate certificate is required. You must be between 20 and 38 years old and physically able to stand for the full eight hour shift and lift boxes up to 15 kilograms. Basic English communication skills are needed to understand simple safety commands and work instructions. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is mandatory. Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary starts at NT$28,000 with overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular rate for extra hours. With regular overtime, typical total monthly earnings range from NT$35,000 to NT$43,000.
