Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times, paying special attention to high touch surfaces and overlooked corners
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in each room, checking that everything from towels to tea bags is fully stocked
- Report maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the front office or manager immediately so problems can be resolved before the next guest arrives
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front office teams, communicating clearly about room status and any special requests
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and disposal of waste
- Manage your time efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the shift while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
