Key Responsibilities
- Load metal sheets and coils into stamping presses and remove finished parts after each cycle
- Trim excess material from stamped components using hand shears or small bench tools
- Inspect each part for surface scratches, incorrect holes, or bending using a visual guide
- Count approved parts and pack them into cartons or plastic bins with proper labels
- Assist in mixing and applying basic rust prevention oil to certain metal products
- Keep the work area clean by sweeping metal shavings and disposing of scrap in designated bins
- Report any machine noise, vibration, or error lights to the shift supervisor immediately
Qualifications
A high school diploma or junior high school graduate certificate is required. No previous industrial or factory experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of production, assembly, or warehouse work will be given preference. You must be between 20 and 40 years old and physically able to stand for the full eight hour shift and lift loads up to 20 kilograms. Basic English communication skills are needed to understand safety signs and simple instructions. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is mandatory. Male applicants must present a certificate of military service completion or legal exemption.
Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary for this position is NT$27,500 plus overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular hourly rate for extra hours. With regular overtime, typical total monthly earnings range from NT$34,000 to NT$41,000. Free shared dormitory accommodation is provided within a 15 minute commute from the factory. You will receive a meal allowance of NT$2,000 per month. Health insurance and labor insurance are fully covered by the employer. After completing one year of continuous employment, you are entitled to seven days of paid annual leave and a completion bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary.
