Key Responsibilities
- Feed metal coils into stamping presses and remove finished parts after each cycle
- Use hand files and deburring tools to remove sharp edges from stamped metal components
- Perform visual inspections to check for cracks, burrs, or dimensional errors using sample gauges
- Count and pack approved parts into plastic bags or small boxes and label each container with part numbers
- Operate a small parts washer to clean oil and debris from finished components before packing
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation by sweeping metal scraps and disposing of waste properly
- Report any machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the line supervisor immediately
Qualifications
A high school diploma or senior high school graduate certificate is required. No previous metalworking or factory experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of production, assembly, or warehouse work will be preferred. You must be between 20 and 38 years old and physically able to stand for the full eight hour shift and lift boxes up to 15 kilograms. Basic English communication skills are needed to understand safety signs and simple work instructions. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is mandatory. Male applicants must present a certificate of military service completion or legal exemption.
Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary starts at NT$27,500 with overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular rate for the first two extra hours each day. With regular overtime, typical total monthly earnings range from NT$34,000 to NT$42,000. Free shared dormitory accommodation is provided within a 20 minute commute from the factory. You will receive a meal allowance of NT$2,000 per month. Health insurance and labor insurance are fully covered by the employer in compliance with Taiwan’s labor laws. After completing one year of continuous employment, you are entitled to seven days of paid annual leave and a completion bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary.
