Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machining centers and conventional lathes to cut, shape, and finish metal parts according to engineering drawings
- Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies, following work instructions and checking fit and alignment
- Carry out welding and sheet metal fabrication tasks, including cutting, bending, and joining metal plates and structures
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine machining sequences and tolerances

Qualifications
A high school diploma is required. You need at least one year of work experience in machine operation, mechanical assembly, welding, or a related metal processing field. Physical fitness is essential for standing, lifting up to fifteen kilograms, and working in a factory environment. Basic English communication skills are necessary, and a willingness to learn Japanese language fundamentals is expected.
