Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate various processing and packaging machines including fillers, seamers, retorts, labelling machines, robotic palletisers, and automated handling systems.
  2. Set up machines for production runs, ensuring that all settings meet product specifications and safety standards.
  3. Regularly inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform minor repairs or adjustments as necessary.
  4. Monitor the production line for any issues such as product quality concerns or machinery malfunctions, and report problems to supervisors immediately.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, following all safety and hygiene regulations.
  6. Record production data including output quantity, downtime, and product quality metrics on both manual and computer based systems.
