Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including vertical and horizontal mills, to produce precision parts for industrial cleaning equipment according to engineering drawings
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machining sequences, tooling requirements, and dimensional tolerances
- Load raw materials onto machine tables or pallets, secure workpieces using vises or fixtures, and select appropriate cutting tools for each operation
- Write, edit, or modify CNC programs using G‑code and M‑code, making adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tool offsets to achieve optimal cutting conditions
