Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment according to schedules, checking lubrication levels, filters, and machine conditions regularly
  2. Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  3. Carry out all production activities in accordance with SOPs, following established instructions without deviation to ensure product quality and safety
  4. Record and report any deviations, process abnormalities, or quality issues to supervisors immediately
  5. Operate and maintain all machines, equipment, and instruments according to SOPs, conducting regular equipment checks to ensure smooth operation
  6. Perform minor troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks, recording machine performance, downtime, and production data accurately
  7. Comply with all HSEQ procedures, proactively identify and report workplace hazards, and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor

Qualifications

A diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry is preferred. Knowledge and experience in handling hazardous substances is required. You must be physically and mentally fit to lift items up to twenty five kilograms manually. A good work attitude, responsibility, and strong team player mindset are essential. Basic proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications is needed. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage. Willingness to work eight hour rotating shifts, five days a week, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
