Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products to ensure that all required specifications are met before products move to the next stage
- Work with Supervisors and Engineers to ensure that quality standards, waste reduction targets, and efficiency goals are achieved
- Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to identify root causes and implement corrections so that all specifications are satisfied
- Execute improvement activities focused on quality enhancement and work process efficiency
- Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21 CFR Part 820, and ISO45001 documentation to ensure full conformity
- Maintain and upkeep housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace, following all GMP and PPE requirements
- Train Technicians, Associate Technicians, and Manufacturing staff on product assembly and testing procedures
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You need a minimum of three years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field. Fresh graduates with a degree are also welcome to apply. Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred. Experience with mass spectrometry is preferred. Equipment troubleshooting skills are essential. You should understand ISO requirements. Coaching skills for on the job training are needed. You must be physically fit to lift objects up to ten kilograms when required. The work environment is a manufacturing production line, fully onsite, with adherence to cleanroom protocols including no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair. Benefits and Perks
This full time position offers a monthly salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,500 depending on your experience and qualifications.
