Key Responsibilities
- Perform polishing operations with bench mounted equipment or hand held tools to refurbish aircraft engine components to meet quality standards
- Support surface preparation processes such as blasting and finishing to ensure components are ready for subsequent treatments
- Participate in training on operating new robotic technology machines, expanding your skills in automation

Qualifications
You must have O levels or a NITEC in Engineering or a relevant qualification. A minimum of two years of relevant experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment is required. However, candidates with no prior experience but a strong interest in the aerospace industry, including mid career switchers, are welcome to apply. You need the ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures. Basic oral and written English language skills are necessary.
